Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from TheUrusBrand.com.  If you are not, we will readily accept the return of items that are unopened, unused and unaltered in its original package and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, within 30 days of the order shipment date.​

Note:

• Customers may return item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date, along with original invoice;

• Unopened and unused (for hygiene and safety reasons);

• Not damaged, soiled or altered;

• In its original packaging/ wrapping (for fragrances);

• Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled products will not be eligible for a refund.

To return your item:

1. Email us to support@theurusbrand.com, along with the following details: order number, the reason you're     

    returning the item, and photos of the unopened box.

2. Securely pack your return in the original package if possible and be sure to include the original invoice and     

    mail the package to:

3. Please note: shipping and handling charges and return mail charges are not refundable.

4. Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return.  You will receive an email notification

    upon the completion of return processing. The payment method used to place the order will be refunded.
